Instructions

  1. Total time: 20 minutes
  2. Simply pour eggs, baking powder, protein powder and almonds into a bowl and mix with milk to form a liquid dough, sweeten with sweetener. Then put some of the batter into the pan and bake until golden brown, then turn carefully (careful: the pancakes fall apart easily) and finish baking. Then take it out of the pan and do the same with the rest of the batter.
  3. So that the pancakes are not so dry, you can mix the low-fat quark with a little syrup or jam and coat the pancakes with it.
