First put the quark, then the eggs, salt, baking powder, bran and flaxseed into the mold and mix well. Then bake the mold in the bread maker and in the normal program (mine takes 2 hours 10 minutes).
Sufficient for 4 days with 2 slices per day. I keep it in the fridge. It also tastes delicious when toasted.
Optionally, caraway seeds etc. or grains (approx. 10 - 20 g) or grated carrots can be added. There are virtually no limits to the imagination.
