Instructions

  1. Mix the Skyr and the milk with the protein with a whisk and place in the freezer for about 2 - 3 hours. If necessary, vanilla flavor can also be added. During this time, the coffee has enough time to cool down.
  2. Pour the cooled coffee into a glass and take the self-made Skyr ice cream out of the freezer and pour it into the coffee. Now stir everything, for example with a drinking straw.
  3. Garnish the iced coffee with the whipped cream and serve.
  4. All iced coffee contains approximately 35 grams of protein. Without the spray cream, the iced coffee has about 180 kcal.
