Pour the milk over the oat flakes and stir well. Then sweeten it and put it in the fridge.
The next morning add the egg white powder and the blueberries, stir well and place in the microwave on the highest setting for 1 - 2 minutes.
I stir the oats around every now and then and put the bowl in the microwave until the consistency I want is reached. For a mushy consistency, use 50 ml more milk or water.
