Whisk the eggs with the flour, oatmeal and milk into a thin batter and add a pinch of salt. Beat the egg whites separately until stiff and fold carefully into the dough.
In a non-stick pan (if it`s good, you can do it without oil), fry a ladle of batter into a palm-sized pancake.
This should make about 10 pancakes, after 5 pieces I was full. The kcal specification refers to half of the pancakes = one serving.
