Instructions

  1. Mix together the oat flakes, milk, salt and cinnamon and heat briefly in the microwave at approx. 600 watts. Stir briefly and cook in the microwave for 1 more minute.
  2. Stir in the berries. Let cool down. Mix in the protein powder and serve.
  3. Approx. 500 Kcal and 37.6 grams of protein per serving.
