Pour the water into a small saucepan and heat it up. Add six tablespoons of oatmeal and one tablespoon of protein powder. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, until it takes on a light form of porridge. If you want it to be more liquid or not so liquid, you can simply vary the amount of water or flakes.
After the porridge is ready, place in a bowl and add cinnamon, sweetener and raspberries or other fruit as needed.
It might not look that tasty to some, but it tastes really really good in my opinion and I look forward to it every morning.
