- Heat the water in a saucepan on high and add the oatmeal as soon as it is steaming.
- Meanwhile, beat the egg whites, cut the fruit and stir the oatmeal occasionally.
- As soon as the oat-water mixture is boiling, turn off the stove and continue to cook until it has a sticky, mushy consistency.
- Now carefully fold the egg white into the porridge and serve with fruit.
- Depending on your taste, vanilla powder, ground hazelnuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon or similar can be added to the water with the oat flakes.
