Instructions

  1. First crack the eggs and put them in a bowl. Then stir them until foamy. Now fold in the cottage cheese. Finally add the flour. Mix everything well and let rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Let a non-stick pan get hot and add a spoonful of batter. Fry on both sides for about 2 minutes.
  3. Serve the pancakes with yogurt and berries.
  4. If you still need a little sweetness, add a little maple syrup or honey.
  5. Tips: If you prefer the hearty version, you can experiment with onions, tomatoes or mushrooms. You can also roast ham or sausage with the hearty pancakes.
  6. Replacing half of the cottage cheese with feta or parmesan adds variety to the pancake.
