Ingredients
- 750 g minced, mixed, pork and beef
- 1 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
- 50 g olives, reen, rouhly chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 bunch thyme (lemon thyme), chopped
- 4 rosemary needles, chopped
- 2 sage leaves, chopped
- 1 thick clove (s) garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper
- Olive oil, for frying
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well and form 8 meatballs from them.
- Fry them in good olive oil.
