Instructions

  1. Process 500 g flour, yeast, sugar, salt, butter and milk into a yeast dough and let rise for approx. 1 hour. Add 250 g flour and let the dough rise again for about 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cook a vanilla pudding with 400 ml milk according to the instructions on the package and let it cool in a water bath, stirring constantly (to avoid skin formation). Shape the yeast dough into balls the size of a golf ball and press flat. Use your fingers to form nests of the particles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and fill with vanilla pudding.
  3. Bake at 180 ° C for approx. 15 - 20 minutes. Make a frosting from the powdered sugar and a few squirts of lemon. Take the particles out of the oven and brush them with the icing while they are still warm.
