Beat eggs, milk and 100 g sugar well with a food processor or a hand mixer.
In the meantime, heat water and sugar (approx. 100 g, ratio approx. 1: 1) in a small saucepan. Swirl the pot in between. Cook until the mass turns brown. Carefully distribute the caramel (attention: it is VERY hot - use gloves!) In the pudding mold. Then add the egg mixture and cook in a water bath with the lid closed for about 30 minutes. Chopstick sample! Let the pudding cool a little in the mold and then turn it out onto a plate.
