Prepare a yeast dough from just 500 g of flour, yeast, sugar, salt, butter and milk and let it rise for 1 hour. Now knead in the remaining 250 g flour and let the dough rise again for at least 30 minutes.
In the meantime, boil a vanilla pudding with only 400 ml milk according to the instructions on the package and let it cool. Avoid skin formation by placing cling film directly on the pudding.
Shape the yeast dough into balls the size of a golf ball and press flat. Form nests of the particles on a baking sheet with your fingers and fill with vanilla pudding. Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Mix the icing sugar and lemon juice into an icing and brush the pieces with it while they are still warm.
