Instructions

  1. Place the banana slices diagonally on a sheet of dough each. Spread the chocolate on top and cover with a tablespoon of crème fraîche.
  2. Fold the dough sheets together to form a triangle and press the edges well. Brush the pockets with egg yolk, sprinkle with the almonds and bake everything in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
