Thaw or thaw the puff pastry, line a springform pan with it, cut the puff pastry to size, also make a border out of it, 2-3 cm high (does not have to be perfect, the mixture becomes firm and forgives gaps).
Beat the eggs with a whisk until foamy, stir in the cream. Then stir in the cheese, ham, mushrooms, parsley and spices and pour everything into the springform pan. If there is any puff pastry left over, you can cut a nice grid out of it and place it on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top / bottom heat or 180 ° convection for about 1 hour.
When everything has gone up nicely and looks appetizing, serve with a fresh salad or on its own.
