Roll out the puff pastry and use a mold to cut out 20 round cookies and 10 stars. Mix the cream cheese, crème fraîche, pressed garlic and dill to a cream and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the semi-frozen salmon into small strips and stir in. Spread the salmon cream on 10 cookies and cover with the remaining 10 cookies. Place the asterisks on top as a decoration.
Whisk the egg yolk with a little cream, brush the cookies with it and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown.
