Spread the cooled spinach on the packets (approx. 1 teaspoon per packet). Place a piece of salmon on top, salt and pepper. Brush the edges of the packet with the beaten egg and fold it so that it is completely closed. Brush with the rest of the beaten egg.
Cook in the oven at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
A crunchy salad goes well with the puff pastry parcels.
