Instructions

  1. Store the puff pastry roll in the refrigerator until the rest is prepared. The oven can be preheated according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Then cut the tomatoes and cheese completely into slices. Pour the 3 tablespoons of oil into a small container, add the thyme leaves (amount as desired) and the 2 pressed garlic cloves. If you don`t have a garlic press, chop the garlic into as small pieces as possible.
  3. Now roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and spread thinly with Dijon mustard. Next, spread the cheese and then the tomato slices on the puff pastry. Finally, drizzle the oil, garlic and thyme mixture onto the remaining ingredients.
  4. The ready-made pizza can now be put in the preheated oven and is ready after about 20-25 minutes.
  5. This is Alfred Biolek`s recipe. But you can also use a little paprika, olives, zucchini or other ingredients in addition to the tomatoes.
