Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry according to the instructions and place them side by side on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
  2. Spread the creme fraiche evenly on the puff pastry with a spoon.
  3. Wash the leek and cut into fine rings with the onions and spread on the dough, season. Scatter the diced bacon on top and then sprinkle with the cheese.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees circulating air for about 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with basil and oregano just before serving.
  6. Lamb`s lettuce with yoghurt - balsamic dressing goes well with it
