Grease the quiche pan and sprinkle lightly with breadcrumbs. Lay out the puff pastry in the form. Prick the bottom several times with a fork.
Mix the eggs, crème fraîche, feta, cheese, ham, nutmeg, salt and pepper and pour over the puff pastry. Cut the camembert and mushrooms into thin slices and distribute decoratively on top. If desired, evenly distribute the olive paste and smooth it out.
Bake in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Decorate with basil.
