Instructions

  1. For the filling, finely chop the onion and cut the salami into small cubes. Thoroughly mix both with the crème fraîche and the cheese.
  2. Flour the Happy Snack lightly, place half of the puff pastry on top and press down lightly, sprinkle some water on it with a brush. Then pour the filling into the indentations (caution: there is less more here, otherwise the parts will burst during baking and the filling will be spread over the baking sheet!) And place the other half of the puff pastry over it and roll it over firmly with the rolling pin. One Happy Snack (40 pieces) fits exactly on a standard baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees on the middle rack until light golden brown, then remove from the tray immediately.
  4. You can also prepare the snacks with other fillings, there are no limits to your imagination.
  5. The whole thing works completely without the Tupperware Happy Snack: just roll out the puff pastry, spread the filling, roll up, cut into slices and spread them flat on the baking sheet, then bake and enjoy!
