Divide the puff pastry into 3 equal pieces. Spread the salmon evenly in the middle. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Spread evenly over the salmon.
Spread cuts on the left and right of the puff pastry. Make a large cut at the top and bottom. Spread a little dill on the mozzarella. Put the large pieces of puff pastry around the salmon first. Then fold the lengthwise cut parts over each other.
Mix the egg yolks and distribute evenly over the puff pastry. Pour the dill over the pastries and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at about 180 degrees.
