Put the minced meat in a bowl. Grate the potato, carrots and celery root (from the soup greens) as well as the ginger piece. Cut the leek, half of the parsley and the onion into small pieces. Press the garlic and mix everything, including the egg, and the spices (preferably with your hands).
Cut the puff pastry to size (e.g. 8 * 5 cm), fill with the minced meat mixture and close with a fork. Now just brush the filled parts with water and bake for approx. 15-20 minutes at approx. 180 °.
You can also use this minced meat mixture to form small balls and fry them with delicious tomato sauce and pasta, rice or potatoes.
