Ingredients
Yeast-free puff pastry – 200 g
Crab sticks – 100 g
Hard cheese – 70-80 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
White sesame – 1 tbsp
Fresh herbs for serving (optional) – to taste
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Remove the crab sticks and puff pastry from the freezer in advance.
Turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees. Remove the film from the crab sticks. Cut the hard cheese into small strips.
Roll out the puff pastry a little, cut into strips about 1.5-2 cm wide.
Wrap a crab stick and a piece of cheese with a strip of puff pastry.
Wrap the stick and cheese completely.
Proceed in the same way with all crab sticks and dough.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment, you can lightly grease with vegetable oil. Put all the pieces on a baking sheet.
Shake the egg and grease the dough.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the blanks.
Bake puffs with crab sticks and cheese at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
After a while, serve the appetizer to the table, sprinkling with finely chopped herbs if desired. It is better to serve the appetizer to the table hot, immediately after cooking, but it turns out to be quite tasty when cold. Enjoy your meal!
