Instructions

  1. Wash the Hokkaido, remove the stones and cut the meat into small pieces. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes, banana, apple and onion. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Drain the peaches, catching the juice. Cut the peaches into small pieces.
  2. Fry the onion, apple and banana. Add 3/4 of the amount of pumpkin and sweet potato and fry briefly. Then add water so that everything is just covered. Season with curry, paprika powder, caraway seeds, salt and pepper. When the pumpkin and sweet potatoes are soft, puree everything piece-free and add the brew from the canned peach to taste.
  3. In a second pan, fry the meat and the remaining vegetables, season everything well with curry and add to the mashed pumpkin together with the peach. Arrange and serve on plates.
