Mix the pumpkin seeds and garlic with half of the olive oil and spread over the ciabatta slices.
Briefly fry the bacon with the remaining oil, add the pumpkin cubes and rosemary and fry for about 3-4 minutes over medium heat (stirring constantly). Deglaze with balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper
In the grill, roast the bread slices on a baking sheet until golden (middle rack).
Spread the pumpkin vegetables on the bread and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
