- Peel the pumpkin, cut it into cubes.
- Put the pumpkin in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar.
- When the juice appears, put on fire and simmer until tender (10-15 minutes).
- Boil the milk and, pouring semolina into it, brew a viscous porridge. Cool slightly. Turn on the oven.
- Add butter.

- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Grease a baking sheet with oil. We recommend 30 * 20 cm.
- Put the resulting mass on a greased baking sheet, level, grease with an egg on top.
