Instructions

  1. Dice the pumpkin flesh and cook with the coconut milk for approx. 10 minutes until soft. Puree the pumpkin and then stir in the preserving sugar and citric acid. Heat the mixture again and let it simmer for 4 minutes. Immediately fill into jars rinsed with hot water and close them tightly. Place jars on lids to cool.
