Instructions

  1. Clean the pumpkin, sweet potatoes and onions, chop them, cover with just a little water, season with the grained vegetable stock and cook until cooked. Add the coconut milk and puree the soup. Then heat again and add the rosemary sprig and a dash of orange juice. Season to taste with curry and granulated broth.
