Cut the pumpkin, apples and ginger into small pieces and cook with the orange juice for 5 minutes. Fillet the grapefruit and orange and then briefly add to the pan and heat, then add the banana and puree everything.
Fruit and juice, not including the banana, should add up to 1,500 g. If it is more or less, then adjust the amount of preserving sugar.
Add the vanilla sugar and the preserving sugar, bring to the boil while stirring and then let it simmer for 4 minutes.
