Instructions

  1. Roughly grate the pumpkin and apples and mix with the lemon juice, scrape out the pulp of the vanilla pod and add to the saucepan with the preserving sugar, if you like, you can add 1 - 2 tablespoons of peach liqueur. Bring everything to the boil, let it boil for 3 minutes and pour into twist-off glasses that have been rinsed hot.
