Instructions

  1. Sweat the onions and garlic in sesame oil. Add the pumpkin cubes. Sweat it too. Add the curry and fry briefly, then deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the lentils and simmer for about 20 minutes. Puree, add orange juice and season with salt.
  2. Can also be easily produced in larger quantities.
