Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onions into rings, finely dice the garlic. Peel the pumpkin, cut out the fibers and seeds and dice the pumpkin flesh. Cut the zucchini into slices.
  2. Fry the minced meat in the hot oil until crumbly. Add the onions, garlic and pumpkin. Cook for 5 minutes. Add zucchini and cook for another 5 minutes, season. Stir in the diced feta to warm up.
