Knead a yeast dough from the specified ingredients (of course everyone can make their yeast dough). Let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour (we always put it under the covers).
In the meantime, grate the pumpkin roughly; Finely chop the garlic, onion and sage. Braise everything together in the oil, salt and pepper. Since the olives, ham and cheese are also salty, don`t add too much salt!
Cut the ham slices into cubes and also cut the olives one or two times.
