Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix the flour with the butter in small pieces. Add 2 teaspoons of salt and about 100 ml of cold water and knead everything into a smooth dough. There should be no more bits of butter to be seen. Roll the dough into a ball, wrapped in cling film
