Mix all dry ingredients together well in a bowl. Add water and vinegar and mix in with a fork. The result is a somewhat tough dough.
Put the dough in a loaf pan coated with oil and floured and smooth it out. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top and bottom heat on the middle rack for approx. 55 minutes.
