Instructions

  1. Halve the pumpkin, remove the soft inside and the seeds and cut the pumpkin flesh with the skin into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and the rest of the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Put everything in a saucepan and pour in enough water to cover everything well. Season with salt and pepper or possibly a little granular broth and bring to the boil. Let simmer until everything is nice and soft. Then puree, freshly grate the ginger and season with the spices.
