Mix the flour and salt in a bowl, make a well. Dissolve the yeast and honey in the warm water, stir in 2 tablespoons of flour and pour into the well. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Add the puree and the spices to the pre-dough and work into a dough, knead thoroughly for 15 minutes. Put the dough in a bowl and cover again in a warm place until it has doubled in size (approx. 50 minutes).
Knead again well and knead in the pumpkin seeds. Pour the dough into a loaf pan and let it rise for 10 minutes.
During this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the bread for about 45 minutes.
