Instructions

  1. Make something different out of pumpkin: a pumpkin toast! This can be assigned very differently and thus adapted to the individual taste. Suitable for breakfast, dinner, brunch and the next party!
  2. Cut the pumpkin into slices about the same thickness as toasted bread. Remove loose pulp and seeds from the slices and cut off the skin. Cut the pumpkin slices on the top and bottom so that they get a shape that resembles that of bread slices.
  3. Put the pumpkin slices in the toaster and toast twice on the highest setting. The slices are then al dente. If you want it softer, you have to toast the pumpkin slices for another one or two minutes.
  4. Spread and top the finished pumpkin toast slices, depending on your taste, sweet or savory.

  6. Peanut butter, Nutella, cream cheese, yogurt, banana, fig, kiwi, ham, salami and smoked salmon.
