• 500 ml water
• 1 ½ tablespoon tea, black
• 1 pinch cinnamon
• 1 pinch allspice, ground
• 1 pinch mace, ground
• 250 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
• 3 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon syrup (raspberry syrup)
• 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

1. Bring the water to the boil, pour it over the tea and let it steep for 3 minutes, then drain. Add all the other ingredients and let them get really hot again, but don`t boil anymore!
2. As freshly squeezed orange juice quickly turns bitter, the punch should be served soon!
