Instructions

  1. First the melon is cut open on top. You cut off a kind of lid - the melon will later serve as a vessel!
  2. Then you scrape out the pulp (with a spoon, ice cream scoop, etc.), chop it up and put it in a bowl. Make sure that the pieces are bite-sized.
  3. Then you fill the hollowed out melon with white wine and vodka and add the pulp again. If necessary, you can now sweeten the punch a little (fruit cocktail, Red Bull, etc.).
  4. Now put the lid back on the melon and let it sit in the fridge for 6-8 hours - the longer the better. Add the cold sparkling wine, then briefly season to taste and serve in the melon.
