Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes, cover with water, bring to the boil, cook for 20-25 minutes, drain, peel hot and let cool. Cut the potatoes into slices, peel the onions. Cut the onions, cooked ham and the pickled cucumbers into cubes.
  2. Melt butter or margarine. Fry the potato slices, onion, ham and cucumber cubes in it. Stir in the gravy and crème fraîche, heat briefly, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
  3. Side dish: green salad or tomato salad
