Instructions

  1. Mix the quark and yoghurt with the vanilla sugar. Cut the mango pulp into bite-sized pieces, mix with the blueberries and add to the curd mixture. Sprinkle with quinoa and pistachios.
  2. For me, this recipe is a delicious meal for the office. I take the quark mixture, the fruit and the quinoa topping separately in a cooler bag and serve it fresh. It fills you up for a long time, has many vitamins and nutrients.
  3. I vary the fruit according to my mood, but the mango and blueberry combination is extremely tasty. The topping is also variable, e.g., chopped hazelnuts, hazelnut brittle, almond slivers or chocolate sprinkles are also great.
