Instructions

  1. Fry the soup meat, remove from the pot.
  2. Then fry the bacon and onions. Add the seared meat and the washed beans. Add the diced raw potatoes and the soup greens as well as the stock cube. Top up with water so that everything is well covered (the beans will still swell). Close the pressure cooker and cook between the 2nd and 3rd ring for about 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
  3. It tastes best when you add a dash of cream or condensed milk over the plate.
  4. Without pressure cooker:
  5. Soak the quail beans in water overnight. Cook until the beans are cooked through.
