Instructions

  1. Put the low-fat quark in a large serving bowl and stir with a little water until creamy. But be careful: do not add too much water!
  2. Then add the powder and stir until the mixture is free of lumps. Then cut the banana into small pieces and add with the raspberries.
  3. Add a ball of protein ice cream and top everything with nuts.
