Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Drain the mandarins.
  2. Make a kneading dough from 100g sugar, flour, butter, 2 eggs, 1 piece of vanilla sugar and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
  3. Spread the dough on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and prebake while making the topping.
  4. For the topping, mix quark, 200 g sugar, 2 pieces of vanilla sugar, 2 pieces of vanilla pudding powder, oil, 4 egg yolks, 2 eggs, 3/4 L milk and the juice of half a lemon.
  5. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and spread the tangerines on the pre-baked base. Then distribute the curd mixture on top. Bake for another 25 minutes.
