Make a shortcrust pastry and place in a greased springform pan and prebake for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees until light brown.
In the meantime, for the filling, stir the egg yolks with sugar and quark until foamy, add the pudding powder and spread on the pre-baked shortcrust pastry base.
Beat the egg white until stiff and let the sugar trickle in. Fold in the grated walnuts and spread over the quark filling. Bake for about 25 minutes at 175 degrees. The walnut foam should be light brown.
