Roast the almond flakes in a pan without fat until light brown, then set aside on a plate.
Put the quark and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the quark and sugar in the bowl.
Peel the banana, cut in half, cut into pieces and pour into a dessert glass. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the banana pieces. Spread the quark cream on the chocolate bananas. Cut the second half of the banana into small pieces and place on the cream. Sprinkle with chocolate sauce again as desired.
Sprinkle with flaked almonds, garnish if desired and serve.
