Ingredients

• 500 g quark
• 250 ml cream
• 1 can fruit (e.g. mandarins, cherries )
• some sugar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. Mix the quark gently. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and mix with the quark, add the vanilla sugar.
2. If you don`t like it that thick, you can add some of the juice from the fruit. Mix in the fruit, add some sugar if necessary and serve.
