• 500 g quark cream (quark preparation 0.2%)
• 3 tablespoon orange juice
• 3 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon honey, (blossom honey)
• 6 tablespoon muesli, crunchy muesli (e.g. Vitalis)
• 6 tablespoon biscuit (s) (Amarettinis), crumbled
• 120 g raspberries
• some mint leaves

Instructions

1. Mix the quark cream with the orange and lemon juice well and sweeten with the honey.
2. Put a spoonful of crunchy muesli and a spoonful of crumbled amarettini into smaller dessert glasses. Now distribute the quark cream in the glasses. Spread the raspberries on the cream and garnish with a few mint leaves. Put in a cool place.
